What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number and trade. When you call or use the voice assistant we collect the phone number you called from and the content of that conversation.

How we use it

To contact you about the audit or service you asked for, and to schedule and deliver that work. Nothing else.

Text messages

We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with anyone for marketing purposes. If you tick the SMS consent box we will text you about your audit and your appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not stop us contacting you by phone or email.

Who we share it with

Our service providers only, and only so they can deliver the service: GoHighLevel (customer records and messaging), Brevo (email notifications) and Twilio (telephony). We never sell your information.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep your information for as long as you are a customer or prospect. Email hello@fulldocket.io and we will delete it.
